Now in our 6th year Lackawanna County & ScrantonMade are changing the name but keeping the event the same and are celebrating the County dubbing it Lackawanna County Arts Festival. Arts Fest will be help on the historical Courthouse Square as usual with over 150 artists, live music and interactive art experiences! Mark you calendars!
